Watches UDisks for a change of a drive's health: the PropertiesChanged signal of NVMe.Controller or Drive.Ata on any drive object (monitor-facts-column §MFD-7c).

Detailed description

UDisks refreshes SMART every 10 minutes (L8) and says so with this signal, so the reader reads at once instead of at its next interval. The signal arrives through the event loop of the thread that made the watch. It is declared here, free of QtDBus types, so moc sees it on every build; Udisks_posix.cpp connects it when the build has Qt.dbus.
