One temperature reading, raw: no rule of §MFD-4 is applied beyond the one that drops a limit that is not a limit.

Detailed description

A limit of 0, or of less than 20 °C, is not a limit (§MFD-4a): jc42 on y8 reads 0 for both. Such a limit is std::nullopt.
