FolderEvent

One change a folder watch reports.

In the namespace platform::filesystem. Declared in src/libs/libplatform/platform/FileSystem.hpp.

Detailed description

The name is the entry inside the watched folder, empty when the event is about the folder itself. overflow says the kernel dropped events and nothing since the last read can be vouched for: the owner then falls back to a listing check (build-graph §KN-BG5a).
