Detailed description

PlanBook maintains a collection of Plan objects, persisting them to a JSON file. It supports adding, removing, updating, and querying plans, with a designated default plan for execution.

It is thread safe. The AsyncStore worker calls fromMap(), toMap() and fromDefault() on its thread while the owner uses the book on its thread. One mutex guards the plans for both, and no signal is emitted while it is held. Each Plan guards its own fields.
