Detailed description

See header. The wizard pushes the existing LLM editor/select activities as its key/model steps and a thin OPALProviderSelectActivity as its provider switch path. Every isDone predicate reads LLMRegistry, so the wizard needs no step counter and resumes at the first incomplete step.
