OpalTaskBatchWorker

IBatchWorker that executes any TaskPlan as a batch job via OpalTaskRuntime.

Detailed description

Supports all job types with the "opal:" prefix via wildcard registration. Extracts the TaskPlan from job data, submits it to the active OpalTaskRuntime, and maps the TaskPlanResult back to batch job completion or failure.

The job's tasks decide what the batch side reads (work-placement §WPO-4): a job is portable when every task is L2, it asks for the largest resources its tasks declare, and its expected run comes from their cost classes. A cancelled job cancels its own plan. The result carries the worker contract's values and outputs (node-workers §NWD-2) beside the plan's record.
