OpalStepPresentation

What a surface shows for one plan step (§OTP-2.4).

Detailed description

label is one line of the inline arguments, shown after the task key and possibly empty. details holds one "name: value" line per shown argument, for the tooltip.

OpalStepPresenter::present() makes one for a task name and its arguments, through the task's own OpalTask::present(). The value holds only strings, so a surface that shows a step needs no dependency on libopal.
