WebFetchLimits

The limits a fetch runs under, read from the settings (opal-web-reference §OWRX-6).

In the namespace opal::web. Declared in src/libs/libopalweb/opalweb/WebFetchTask.hpp.

Detailed description

A plain value, copied to the plan thread. Settings are read on the GUI thread, where the chat overlay owns them, and never from a plan thread.
