CaptureSourceRegistry

The registry of visual surfaces OPAL can look at (opal-vision §OVD-3, D4).

In the namespace opal::vision. Declared in src/libs/libopal/opal/vision/CaptureSourceRegistry.hpp.

Detailed description

A process-wide singleton, mirroring OpalTaskRegistry: the tasks that read it are registered globally too, and a per-window registry would leave a task unable to find the surface its own host installed.

Sources live in a registry rather than inside construct so that paint can register one later without a rewrite of the task family. This spec registers no paint source (§OVC-3).
