Detailed description
`opal-bench vision-e2e`: capture a real widget and send the picture to a real provider, then check that the reply describes what is in it.
opal-vision §OVT-2. Nothing short of this proves that a provider actually RECEIVED pixels: every assertion in `testOpalVisionCapture` stops at the request body, so a transport that dropped the image silently would leave the whole suite green.
It is not a test, and it never was one honestly. It needs a registry store carrying a live credential and a model whose capabilities declare vision, and it SPENDS REAL TOKENS on every run — which is why it lived inside `testEndToEndAgainstARealProvider` behind three environment variables and skipped on every machine in the world but one (no-environment-variables row T37). A program that needs a credential and costs money is a tool: an operator asks for it explicitly, so an unmet precondition here is an ERROR with a message naming what was missing, never a skip.
The capture half of that old test needed none of this, and it stayed in `testOpalVisionCapture` as a test that always runs.
