Detailed description

`opal-bench door`: the latency of a call through the Trove door (trove-parts §TPD-6, §TPT-5).

The tool opens a door host in a temporary folder, in this process, and calls `door.status` through the door client from another thread, as an external process does. It prints the median, the 90th percentile and the longest call of each run, with the machine's load, because the build machine is shared.

testLocalDoor holds the call to a ratio budget. This verb measures the time, because a time budget in a suite fails under another lane's build.
