Detailed description
`opal-bench chat-scale`: what the chat stream costs at session sizes from 1 000 to 1 000 000 events (trove-parts §TPN-10, §TPT-5).
For each size, a synthetic session is built, and the tool times: the open of the session (ChatStreamWidget::openHistory()), the time until the batched layout of its window ends at the bottom, one paint of the viewport into an image, the scroll to the top with the load of one older window and its layout, and the append of a batch of 10 000 events with its layout. Each number is the median of the runs. The machine's load is printed with the table, because the build machine is shared.
testChatStreamScale asserts the counts. This verb measures the times, because a time budget in a suite fails under another lane's build.
