Detailed description

trove-recurring §TRC-D-10: number, date, trigger, before, after, drift, improvement, outcome and the landed commit of each run, newest first. The values are the samples of one probe. The drift and the improvement are RecurringJudge's, the same numbers that the engine records, so the table never computes a second opinion.

A run that is not over shows its state as its outcome. A value that the run did not measure is empty, and its ValueRole is invalid.
