Detailed description

trove-recurring §TRC-D-3: a probe gives one number. A lint probe names one lint check, and its number is the count of the check's findings. A regex probe names a pattern, the globs of the tracked files it reads, and what it counts: matches, lines or files. The direction says whether lower or higher is better, and a target, when given, is good enough.

The dialog only collects the fields. The recurring panel writes them through spec.probe.put, which checks the pattern and names Qt's error.
