Detailed description

trove-unified-ui §TUI-D-3 (owner ruling Q4, 2026-10-18). The operator types a request to the chat and watches what it changes. The record is one list of the changes of the project, newest last: a write to the spec database, a session of a lane that starts, ends a turn or ends, and a file of a lane's worktree that changes.

The record lives in memory, for one board session, and keeps at most kMaxEntries. The history of the spec database and the session store stay the durable records. The record never becomes a second store.

An entry that a turn of the chat caused names the turn (TUX-22), so the record and the chat point at each other.
