Recurrence

The recurring settings of one spec (trove-recurring §TRC-D-1, §TRC-D-2).

In the namespace octomy::trove::specdb. Declared in src/libs/libspec/spec/SpecModel.hpp.

Detailed description

One row for each spec that was ever recurring. The switch enabled is the only difference between a recurring spec and any other: with it off, every setting stays, dormant. The time rule lives in the clockwork schedule scheduleId, which clockwork owns.
