SupervisorRunHost

The HUB's run host (trove-recurring §TRC-D-4): the spec's project through Trove's supervisor, and git.

In the namespace octomy::trove::recurring. Declared in src/libs/libtrove/trove/recurring/RecurringHost.hpp.

Detailed description

- A fresh checkout of main is a detached worktree under the project's worktree folder, `.recurring/`, at `origin/<main>` after a fetch, or at the local main of a project with no origin. - A dispatch goes to the first lane with no running session, or to the lane of a deferred run, as trove.dispatch does. With every lane busy the run waits. - The end of the session is the end of its batch job in the project's queue.

The git runs on the engine's worker threads. The supervisor is asked on the thread of this object.
