ProjectRemoval

Detailed description

A project removal in steps, for trove.project.remove (§PR-6.4): the git of its lanes runs off the node's thread, because a `git worktree remove` of a large checkout takes seconds. TroveProjectManager::prepareRemoveProject() fills it on the node's thread, and holds the whole checkout of the project: no sync, finalize, enqueue or dispatch of it starts until the removal ends. readRemovedLanes() and discardRemovedLanes() run git on any thread. beginRemoveProject() and finishRemoveProject() run on the node's thread.
