ProjectOverridesStore

The Project level of the trove schema over one ProjectOverrides value.

In the namespace octomy::trove. Declared in src/libs/libtrove/trove/TroveStores.hpp.

Detailed description

An unset field is "not set" at this level, so the project inherits the App value (§PR-3). The overrides hold milliseconds, and the rows hold hours and minutes: the store converts.
