Detailed description

spec.workunit.move-project — move ONE work unit's ownership to another project (§DM-2).

Separate from `spec.workunit.edit` on purpose. Project is the field that decides which repository a unit's work and its Definition of Done are measured against, so it is not a property to be swept along with a title change — the same reason status has its own call.

Refuses while a live claim is held: the holder is mid-execution in the project the unit is being moved out of.
