Detailed description

spec.workunit.delete — soft delete.

The one spec.* task that is local-only (§NET-2c): everything else must work from a remote lane, which is the entire point of putting the family on comms. This one is the irreversible-shaped operation, so it keeps both EveryCall confirmation and physical presence.
