Detailed description

A write whose checks have passed: a copy of the orchestrator, and the names that the git half of the write needs. The git half reads nothing else, so a thread that does not own the Worktrees can run it. A sync fetches over the network, and the thread of a window must not wait for that (trove-parts §TPW-2).
