DoorHandoverTask

OpalTask `door.handover`: the door host stops accepting calls, lets the running ones end, closes its stores and releases the door (trove-parts §TPO-2, §TPD-4).

In the namespace octomy::trove::door. Declared in src/libs/libtrove/trove/door/DoorTasks.hpp.

Detailed description

A HUB that starts while a standalone host holds the door calls it, with its own base folder. The host refuses a caller of another base folder: only a HUB of the same identity takes the door over. The scope `door.host` is kept so that a grant can be revoked, and the confirmation is `Always`, because the caller is a program that starts.
