The standalone batch host glue: the "jobs view" over an app's queue (§SAA-1.3, P3).

Detailed description

The hub navigates to BatchActivity for the jobs list; a standalone app has no activity stack, so this controller opens a top-level BatchJobListWidget over the app's own queue instead (self-deleting on close). The **queue creation and worker registration stay app-owned** (construct populates its queue regardless of hosting) — only the reveal glue lives here.

The queue crosses in as a non-owning QSharedPointer (no-op deleter, §SAL-4) and is what the app registers under the batchQueue facility; the compat bar's chip connects its clicked to showJobsPanel().
