In the namespace octomy::rts. Declared in src/libs/librts/rts/sim/RtsTypes.hpp.

Detailed description

Position is in tile units with sub-tile fixed-point precision. Ids are deterministic and owner-namespaced (§RTS-2.2): both peers allocate identical ids for identical histories.
