Detailed description

It speaks HTTP/1.1 over QLocalSocket, with the response parsed by the http_parser that qhttp carries. Calls block: the client is a tool's main thread, or a HUB that asks a standalone host to hand over before its own start. It links no OPAL, so the `trove` tool stays small (§TPC-1).
