NodeStartupHost

StartupHost over a `Node`, the host of every node app.

Declared in src/libs/libnode/node/NodeStartupHost.hpp.

Detailed description

It does not own the node: the node owns its startup machine, so a strong reference here would make a cycle, and no configured node was ever freed (its inventory, its threads and its features stayed until the process ended). When the node is gone, alive() is false and every accessor gives null.
