NodeKitScope

What a feature sees of its kit while it installs (work-placement §WPK-2).

Detailed description

The kit makes one scope per feature. A service given through `addService` and a facility given through `publish` are recorded for that feature, and `NodeKit::uninstall` removes them again, so a feature undoes only what is its own.
