MonitorFacts

The facts of each section of the Monitor, from what the node has, what it uses now and how its hardware is (monitor-facts-column §MFD-4, §MFD-5).

Detailed description

A pure function: the same input gives the same stacks, with no widget, no file and no clock. The Monitor's charts draw the stacks, and the OPAL task `system.monitor.facts` returns them, so a test of this class is a test of the words on the screen.

Unknown is never zero: a value that the input does not hold shows `—` with its unit, in the Unknown role, and the hover card says why.

The one memory between two calls is the hysteresis of the temperature roles (§MFD-4a): a role drops back only 2 °C below the threshold that raised it. The caller keeps a Memory and passes it to each call.
