Detailed description

Sends HTTP requests to provider model-listing endpoints and parses the responses into LLMModel objects. Supports OpenAI-compatible APIs (OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter) and Google AI. Anthropic models are returned from a hardcoded catalog since Anthropic has no list API.
