FieldSet
The solution fields of one mesh, each with its descriptor, and the axes they vary over (field-presentation §FVD-1).
In the namespace mesh::field. Declared in src/libs/libmesh/mesh/field/FieldSet.hpp.
Detailed description
A field set does not hold the mesh. It holds the counts it was made for, so a set and a mesh that do not match are refused when they meet. A kernel finds its inputs by quantity and role, so lookup is by descriptor, never by position.
The property maps of mesh::Mesh carry a set in memory and in a file: writeTo() puts the values into the maps and the descriptors into `metadata["fieldSet"]`, and fromMesh() reads them back. With no descriptors in the metadata, every map of the right size becomes a field with a descriptor made from its shape, as a VTK from another tool needs (§FVD-8).
