LLMRegistryDump

Generates compact registry dumps for LLM consumption.

Detailed description

Provides two dump formats: - Compact: name + description + param names for each visible OT. Used at conversation start as system-prompt context. - Full: complete metadata for a specific OT. Used when the LLM requests details before calling an OT.

LLM-hidden OTs (hiddenFromLLM=true) are excluded from both formats.
