specs/bahn-live-feedback §BLT-3b. The fields are the ones `media::graph::ParameterChange` already carries, plus the one it does not: a tick.

Every event applies at the next block boundary. An earlier version carried a tick as well, so an event could be held until the sequencer reached a named row. §BLD-1c withdrew the requirement — a typed note sounds at once — and nothing else produced a tick, so the field was removed on 2026-09-26 rather than kept as a mechanism with no caller and no test. That is the shape this spec's own census criticised in `ParameterChange`.
