LiveBlockLayout

The four horizontal parts of a stacked chart: the plot, and the value labels, the donut and the facts of the right block (monitor-facts-column §MFD-1).

Detailed description

Each part is a span across the widget. The height is the band's, which the chart knows, so rect() makes the rectangle of one band. The paint path and the hover path of StackedAreaChartWidget both ask liveBlockLayout(), so the arithmetic exists once.
