Detailed description

One fixture case of a check: a few files, and the findings they must give. testLint runs each case of each tree check as a data row, and the default self-test runs them all (script-ports §SCP-T-2, §SCP-T-3).

A case writes its files into an empty folder and runs the check over it. A case that names no `integration/lint/vendored-paths.txt` gets one that lists `src/libs/[a-z0-9]+/vendor/`. expected holds one entry per finding that is not a note, as `path:line`, or `path` for a finding with no line, or `-` for a finding about the whole tree, in report order. An empty list means a clean case. Every check brings at least one violation and one clean case on the same shape (§EXP-T3).
