LineStreamRun

One execution of a drip-feed against a session.

Detailed description

Owns the preprocessed advance list, the active pacer, and the run state machine (Idle/Running/Paused/Finished/Canceled/Errored).

The run is decoupled from QSerialPort: it talks to the wire via QIODevice, which keeps tests trivial (a QBuffer plays the role of a port) without losing anything in production.
