Detailed description

The techniques one build uses (§KF-M8): `–techniques <list>` or the key `build.techniques`. A list names techniques, or is `trusted`, every technique in Sampled or Trusted, or `none`, which reads and writes no cache. A technique the build does not name is off for it whatever its state, and a technique in Off or Shadow is never used whatever the build names, though one in Shadow still computes and compares.
