Detailed description

The journal of a booking (§KP-B4): JSON Lines, each line written with one write and flushed, under one mutex, from every thread of a build. Each event gets `seq` and `t`. Past 64 MiB it writes one `notice` and then only `done`, `suite` and `end` (§KP-B4f).
