CoreThroughputProbe

Measures each core class in kernel operations per second (monitor-facts-column §MFK-3).

In the namespace inventory::probe. Declared in src/libs/libinventory/inventory/probe/CoreThroughputProbe.hpp.

Detailed description

One thread is pinned to the first logical CPU of each physical core and runs the fixed kernel of stress::coreKernel: a warm-up, then three runs, of which the best counts, because an interruption only ever lowers a run. The cores group into classes by their class facts, else by their clock. Then one thread per logical CPU runs at once, for the sustained figure of the whole machine under its power and thermal limit.

It runs at normal priority: at idle priority a busy machine gives the probe no time, and the number means nothing. A run that is stopped stores nothing.
