Detailed description

Uses the modern Vista+ ICO format where each entry is stored as an embedded PNG chunk. The binary format is:

ICONDIR header (6 bytes): reserved, type=1 (ICO), image count
ICONDIRENTRY array (16 bytes each): width, height, color info, data size, offset
Image data: PNG blob per entry
