Detailed description

The tree has two layers:

  • Filesystem nodes — folders and .md files. Their HelpLocation has a non-empty path.
  • Heading nodes (H2 / H3) — children of their owning page, HelpLocation inherits the page's path and adds an anchor.

Determinism: order matches the input toc.json exactly. Selecting any index yields a HelpLocation via locationFor().
