Top-of-pane search input + debounced results popover.

Detailed description
Owns a QLineEdit for the user's query and a popover QListWidget for ranked results. Queries are debounced by kDebounceMs; each new keystroke cancels the previous pending query. Result navigation:
- Up / Down — move selection
- Enter — emit the top (or selected) result
- Escape — close popover
The widget does not own the database; it talks to a HelpSearch instance supplied by the host activity. A dedicated "See all results" item at the end emits seeAllResultsRequested().
