Browser-style history stack for the help browser.

Detailed description

Holds the current location plus back / forward stacks. New navigations push the previous current entry onto the back stack and truncate the forward stack (standard browser semantics).

Connected from both the tree (selection) and the search popover (result activation); both call navigate() with a fresh location.
