HelpSet

The help set that an app reads, and the portal filter of the running app (white-label-docs §WLO-A3c).

In the namespace help. Declared in src/libs/libhelp/help/HelpSet.hpp.

Detailed description

See HelpSet.hpp for the rule. The bundled set is read once for each running app and kept, so each surface can ask current() as often as it needs.
