Detailed description

Surfaces a CarSteeringWidget for forward / yaw input plus a panic button. Declares a CIV manifest requiring intent:ground-drive-2d on the active stanza, so the activity is enabled whenever any channel exposes a ground-drive-capable stanza (differential_drive, legged_gait_2d, or any future intent:ground-drive-2d consumer).

Inherits PortBoundActivity for manifest gating and the auto-rendered OptionalPortBank below the primary steering surface.
