The health fields of a GPU that the sampler's own query brings (monitor-facts-column §MFD-7c).

Detailed description

NVIDIA's fields join the one `nvidia-smi` query of each tick, so the GPU is asked once; the sampler hands them to `HealthProbe` on its thread. The sampler never reads a temperature for itself. Unknown is absent.
