Flz9GateOptions

What the §FLZ-9 gate does: the machine it buys, and the check it runs there.

In the namespace fleet::gate. Declared in src/libs/libfleet/fleet/gate/Flz9Gate.hpp.

Detailed description

The gate buys one machine, waits for its join, and runs a check on it with `fleet.run`. The check looks for the join file, for each copy of the join facts on the disk, and for the scrub in the hub's journal.
