Detailed description

The new "Hardware Manager" replacement for ControllerWidget. Same composition of screens but without the legacy About/Menu front pages — the user lands directly on the connect wizard (probe USB serial ports, identify boards, pick one), then proceeds to Build & Inject / Dashboard / Serial Monitor as needed.

Owns: Controller, Library + PresetBook, BoardDatabase, ProbeManager (in worker thread), SerialList.
