Detailed description
Provides the unified-firmware-system Book API for board type definitions. Read-and-write — built-in boards (those originally bundled in qrc and imported into the user's board-manager directory) report isBuiltin = true and are protected from rename/remove; user-created or user-duplicated boards are mutable.
The actual data lives in BoardManager, in the user's personality directory under board-manager/. The set of built-in board ids is captured at construction time from the bundled qrc.
