fixo::PilotUniversalActivity

Debug-surface activity that absorbs every port kind on every channel.

Detailed description

Declares an empty `requiredIntents` (so it matches any active stanza), `channelScope = "*"` (so any channel qualifies), `absorbs = ["*"]` (so the OptionalPortBank renders every absorbed port kind). Useful as a fallback when no specialised activity exists for the active stanza and as a soak-test surface for new port kinds. Carries no explicit binds; everything the active stanza exposes flows through the bank.
